14 Jobs saved in Pre-Pack sale of Advatek Limited

A Wrexham-based IT services company has been sold out of administration, safeguarding 14 jobs. Advatek (UK) Limited’s business operations have been acquired by CAE Technology Services Limited in a pre-packaged sale overseen by administrators Craig Povey and Gareth Prince of Begbies Traynor.

Haulage company in financial difficulty

The business was a group of haulage companies with an annual turnover of approximately £20 million and with approximately 150 employees. The core business was time critical delivery of weekly and monthly periodicals.
